By downloading or using "My Daily Briefing" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.

My Daily Briefing is an Android application designed to provide users with a morning summary including weather data, calendar events from Google Calendar, and tasks from Google Tasks. The service requires specific permissions to function correctly, which you grant upon installation and setup.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and OpenWeather. Your use of these features is also governed by the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such external services.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Google account credentials. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt the service or access data not intended for you.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided data from Google services), remains the exclusive property of My Daily Briefing. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Daily Briefing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the information provided (such as weather or calendar alerts) will be 100% accurate, timely, or error-free at all times.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page or through an in-app notification.
